XL Entertainment was
founded in 1990 by local DJ and Musician "Big Don" Kaminsky and has
grown
rapidly over the past 17 years. XL Entertainment host 30 to 35 Wedding Receptions as well as
various
other parties & social events throughout the course of the year. XL is proud to be a
Single Operator
Service, which
means all of the Receptions and Parties booked by XL, are
done by XL and
not subcontract out to other DJ's. You can rest assured that
the Professionals
you hire to organize and run your event will be there to
make sure that the job is done right!
In 1999, Professional MC and Local Celebrity, Jason "Hawse" Yurechko
joined the
XL Entertainment
line up. Jason is a Professional Master of Ceremonies who
does speaking & acting
engagements for the
likes of The Chicago Bears, Bulls, Cubs and various other local
companies and organizations. He is also the
on-field announcer
for the Gary Railcats, one of the founding members
of the
Chicago Bulls Matadors, and a morning radio personality for
radio station Indiana 105.5.
As a graduate of both
Chicago's "Second City" & "Improv Olympic" comedy troupes,
Jason is a force
to be reckoned with behind the microphone
providing a level of confidence and control over
the toughest groups of people.

In 2006, local DJ, Diva, & Actress Nikki Protolipac came on board to
handle the growing
number of requests for Weddings & Receptions that have been
coming our way.
Nikki is a college
trained vocalist & musician with an undeniable
"A" plus personality,
and incredible knowledge
of all genres of music that sparkles and
shines at any event.
